Application Methods

For best results, use microfiber applicators and buffing towels.

  1. Ensure the surface to be coated is clean and dry. (Recommended: Use rubbing alcohol to remove fingerprints or any residue left from cleaning solutions.)
  2. Spray or pad apply Envicoat to the surface. Using a soft micro fiber pad, spread the liquid evenly over the surface using a slow circular motion. Allow the first coat to cure for one to two minutes, then apply a second coat using the Envicoat sparingly.
    (Mechanical or manual spray applicators can be used in controlled environments where the temperature does not exceed 85° F.)
  3. Allow the second coat to cure a minimum of three minutes. Buff off the remaining haze with a microfiber towel.

Precautions: Do not attempt field application where wind velocity, low humidity or excessive heat may accelerate evaporation, making it difficult to achieve a smooth, uniform coat.
